Our object store is an easy to use, safe way of storing valuable customer data. The data is stored in the object’s structure contained in buckets. Customers can easily create folders and upload files inside the bucket. We offer standard, general purpose storage, reduced redundancy storage and extended redundancy storage options. The data can be uploaded and downloaded using different protocols and methods, fully compatible with the existing standard AWS S3 interface.

Snapshots are created as incremental copies of data. This means that only unique blocks of the block storage volume data that have changed since the last snapshot are stored in the next snapshot. Backing up data in this form allows customers to delete incremental segments without deleting the rest of the data. We offer two types of snapshots: Block storage and VPS. The Block storage snapshot is stored in the block storage, in the same availability zone as the original volume. The VPS snapshot is the complete snapshot of the machine instance including the image of the instance, root disk and all attached volume disks.

Our Disaster Recovery (DR) solution is a very cost efficient, complete DR solution using virtualised, cloud computing resources. The DR solution includes providing cloud computing resources (VPS and storage) to replicate customer’s IT systems, provide Object storage to store backup data and guarantee availability of computing resources to recover customer ’s system in a given time frame. The design of the DR solution is specifically designed for each customer.
